Anxiety: Anxiety is a feeling of fear, tension, or worry that occurs as a response to real or perceived threats. This can involve cognitive, physical, and behavioural changes, such as an increase in heart rate or breathing.

Bipolar depression: Bipolar disorder, formerly known as manic depression, is a mental health disorder that causes strong mood swings. You may have episodes of mania (a period of high energy and euphoria) and depression (a period of low mood and low energy).

Insomnia: Insomnia, also known as sleeplessness, is a sleep disorder causing difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep for as long as desired. Insomnia is typically followed by daytime sleepiness, low energy, irritability, and a depressed mood.

ADHD: Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental (brain development) condition that begins in early childhood. ADHD used to be called attention deficit disorder (ADD). ADHD affects your brain's functioning and your ability to self-regulate and control thoughts, speech, actions and emotions.
